Administration - Community Survey Results
Each year the Village of Gurnee conducts a Community Feedback Survey in order to gauge resident satisfaction with the Village and the services it provides. Throughout the survey, residents are asked several questions about different city services by considering how important it is that the service be provided, as well as how satisfied residents are with the Village's ability to provide it. The results of the Community Feedback Survey are used to help the Village Board and Administration decide on key budgeting issues, as well as determining the direction the Village should take to address current and future needs.
An overview of each year's survey is provided online in PDF format. A copy of the complete surveys is available for review at the Village Hall.
