Each year the Village of Gurnee conducts a Community Feedback Survey in order to gauge resident satisfaction with the Village and the services it provides. This year's Community Feedback Survey was mailed to 1,500 randomly selected residents on August 18, 2006. All individuals surveyed were asked to return the completed form to the Village Hall no later than September 4, 2006. Included with the survey was a cover letter explaining the survey project and a self-addressed stamped envelope. Surveys were accepted until the cut-off date of September 4, 2006.

This year's Community Feedback Survey was mailed to 1,500 randomly selected residents on August 18, 2009. Residents were given 17 days to complete and return the survey. Included with the survey was a cover letter explaining the survey project and a self-addressed stamped envelope. In total the Village received 282 responses (18.8% response rate).

This year's Community Feedback Survey was mailed to 1,500 randomly selected residents on July 28, 2010 and due by August 18th. Included with the survey was a cover letter explaining the survey project and a self-addressed stamped envelope. In total the Village received 325 responses (21.7% response rate). A 21.7% response rate is considered average for a survey of this kind and length.
The Village Administrator provides a periodic update on development within the Village to local bodies including the Village of Gurnee Chamber of Commerce and Gurnee Rotary. Attached is the September update.
