Approval of January 22, 2013 Civil Service Minutes
Approval of Bills – Approved bill from Franczek Radelet for professional fees and expenses incurred through December 31, 2012 for $454.00
Police Department Items – Received Monthly Report for November 2012
Acknowledged Notice of Vacancy and Request to Fill Vacancy
Fire Department Items – Received Monthly Report January and February 2013
Public Works Department Items – Received and acknowledged Notice of Vacancy
Chairman Iler moved to adjourn into Executive Session at 7:08 p.m.
Motion by Bonds, Seconded by Hubbartt
Regular meeting reconvened at 7:17 p.m.

Christine Palmieri introduced the Police Officer Lateral Hire Process and application. Chief Woodside discussed, explained and answered any questions the commission had on this process. After discussion the Commission was in agreement with this process and Chairman Iler motioned to approve the following:
Approval of Police Officer Lateral Hire Process and proceed with recruitment
Chief Friedl, Deputy Chief Kavanagh, and Christine Palmieri discussed the Firefighter/Paramedic Recruitment Process and Hiring Act. After discussion on the process of oral interviews, and application review by attorney, the Commission was in agreement. Chairman Iler motioned to approve the following:
Approval of Firefighter/Paramedic Recruitment Process to include application and testing process in accordance with the Hiring Act
Adjournment - Iler moved to adjourn, seconded by Bonds, meeting adjourned at 7:53 p.m.
