Cameras seem very “Big Brother” to me. How do you answer that concern?

Many of our laws are built around providing for the safety and the greater good of society and it’s important to note law-abiding citizens have nothing to fear by the cameras. Camera equipment is posted in public areas and clearly marked to allow citizens to be aware that they are there. Cameras have become a part of our everyday existence. If you shop at a store, use an ATM or fill up your car, you’re on camera. Red light cameras are not general surveillance cameras, but are designed to capture photographic evidence of traffic law violations.
