GURNEE, IL - The Village of Gurnee has set the following schedule to discuss the Fiscal Year 2011/2012 Budget.  All Gurnee Village Board budget hearings start at 6:30 pm and are open to the public.  The hearings are held at the Gurnee Village Hall, 325 N. O’Plaine Road.  The following schedule is subject to change in the event of time constraints and/or scheduling conflicts:

Budget Hearing I: 6:30 pm - Executive Overview

Budget Hearing II 6:30 pm - Departmental Budget Presentations

Budget Hearing III 6:30 pm -  Special Revenue Funds, Debt Service, Police & Fire Pension

Budget Hearing IV 6:30 pm - Capital Budget, Information Systems Overview, 911 Fund
 
April 4
Appropriation / Budget Hearing V 6:30 pm - Wrap-up session
Regular Board 7:30 pm
Final budget/appropriation presented to Village Board for adoption
 
The Village will make the Fiscal Year 2011/2012 Budget book available online at www.gurnee.il.us on Friday, February 25, 2011.  The document is also available for public review at Gurnee Village Hall.
