On April 2, 2012, under Ord, 2012-25, the Village Board approved the dissolution of the Zoning Board of Appeals and the incorporation of their duties into the Plan Commission, which was renamed the Planning & Zoning Board. All remaining 2012 Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals meetings were cancelled; the same Plan Commission meeting dates were then established as the 2012 meeting dates for the Planning and Zoning Board.
