3. Approval of Meeting Minutes:
a. Approval of the March 3, 2010 Plan Commission Meeting Minutes

4. Minor Exception:  Aurora Health Care (7505 W. Grand Avenue)
(Aurora Health Care is seeking a Minor Exception to the Sign Ordinance to allow a decrease in the required 8-inch letter height for a freestanding ground sign.  The subject property is zoned C/O-1 PUD, Restricted Office District as a Planned Unit Development, and is located at the southwest corner of Grand Avenue and Almond Road.)

5. Minor Exception: Interstate Companies (3650-3660 Washington Street)
(Interstate Companies is seeking a Minor Exception to the Sign Ordinance to allow:
a) A decrease in the required 8-inch letter height for the lettering in their street name on their address panel; and
b) An increase, from 4 to 6, to the number of tenant panels allowed per sign face.

The subject property is zoned I-2, General Industrial District, and is located on the north side of Washington Street approximately 1,000 feet east of Rt. 41 (to the north of 84 Lumber).

2. Pledge of Allegiance

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes
a. January 27, 2010 Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting (ZBA only)
b. February 3, 2010 Joint Plan Commission & Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting (ZBA only)

4. Public Hearing:  Home Day Cares Centers on residentially zoned lots
(The Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals will review modifications of certain regulations for home day care centers on residentially zoned lots.)

5. Informal Review:  Discussion of Possible Wind Energy Systems Regulations
(The Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals will review potential regulations for Wind Energy Systems (Wind Turbines) as they may apply to residentially and commercially zoned properties.)

6. Adjournment
