4. Final PUD Plat Approval:  Market Squre at Southridge Phase One
Daniel Riedel, with American Tradesmen, is requesting Final PUD Plat approval for Phase I of Market Square at Southridge commercial development. Phase I consists of a single story, approximately 7,200 square foot multiā€tenant building (Building 2).  The development is located at 6001 Washington Street, at the southeast corner of Washington Street and Cemetery Road intersection, and is zoned C/B-2 PUD (Community Business District as a Planned Unit Development) and C/O1-PUD (Restricted Office District as a Planned Unit Development)
with Preliminary PUD Plat approval for a 46,000 square foot commercial development.
 
5. Final Subdivision Plat Approval:  Market Squre at Southridge Phase One
Daniel Riedel, with American Tradesmen, is requesting Final Subdivision Plat approval for Phase 1 of Market Square at Southridge commercial development.  The proposed plat will subdivide the property into Lot 1 (281,335 square feet) and Lot 2 (9,443 square feet), with Lot 2 being the building pad for Building 2.
