1. Approval of the minutes from the Executive (Closed) Session meetings on: September 10, 2012, September 24, 2012, October 1, 2012, October 15, 2012, November 19, 2012, December 3, 2012, December 17, 2012, February 4, 2013, February 18, 2013, April 1, 2013, and May 6, 2013.

2. Approval for partial public release of minutes from Executive (Closed) Session meetings on: October 1, 2012, February 4, 2013, and February 18, 2013.

3. Approval for public release of minutes from Executive (Closed) Session meetings on: September 10, 2012, September 24, 2012, October 15, 2012, November 19, 2012, December 3, 2012, December 17, 2012, and May 6, 2013.

4. Approval of the minutes from the May 20, 2013 Public Hearing and May 20, 2013 Village Board meeting.

5. Approval of setting bid date of June 20, 2013 for Public Works fire hydrant sandblasting, priming and painting project.

6. Approval of Payroll for period ending May 18, 2013 in the amount of $746,922.10.

7. Approval of Payroll Transfer Journal for period ending May 18, 2013, in the amount of $742,329.50.

8. Approval of Bills for the period ending June 3, 2013 in the amount of $1,816,488.14.

D. PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS

1. Approval of Proclamation recognizing the 100th Anniversary of Boy Scout Troop 677.

2. Approval of Proclamation recognizing the Lincolnland District Exchange Clubs Convention.

3. Presentation of the school safety video "Attention Students and Staff!" and presentation of commendations to Crime Prevention Technician Tom Agos, Actor/Script Editor Chris Agos, District 50 Assistant Superintendent of Education Lori Casey and Columbia College Instructor/Video Director Matthew Till.

1. Approval of request from Public Works Department to purchase two New Holland Model 323 skid steer loader, one 24” disc asphalt cold planner, one  72” self contained broom, two 48” V-plows, and one 16’-16,000lb GVW trailer through National Joint Powers Alliance for $117,201.65 (Public Works Units #201, #202, and #211 replacement).

2. Approval of request from Public Works Department to purchase 2013 Dodge 5500 Chassis from the low bidder Liberty Auto Mall at a cost of $43,131.30 (Public Works Unit #267 replacement).
