meetings on: April 21, 2008, May 5, 2008, May 19, 2008, August 4, 2008,
August 18, 2008, September 22, 2008, September 29, 2008, October 20,
2008, February 2, 2009, and March 16, 2009.
2. Approval for public release of minutes from Executive (closed)
Session meetings on: August 4, 2008, August 18, 2008, September 22,
2008, September 29, 2008, October 20, 2008 and March 16, 2009.
3. Approval of minutes from the May 18, 2009 and June 1, 2009
meetings.
4. Approval of Payroll for period ending June 20, 2009 in the
amount of $686,899.48.
5. Approval of Payroll Transfer Journal for period ending June 20,
2009 in the amount of $681,846.00.
6. Approval of Bills for the period ending July 6, 2009 in the
amount of $920,892.77.

1. Approval of Proclamation designating July as “Relay for Life
Month” in the Village of Gurnee.

1. Approval of Ord. 2009 - granting a Special Use Permit
pursuant to the Gurnee Zoning Ordinance relating to motor vehicle sales
and service limited to low speed and medium speed vehicles for property
located at 6280 Grand Avenue.
2. Approval of Ord. 2009 - vacating approximately 30,000
square feet of the Knowles Road right-of-way.
3. Approval of Ord. 2009 - authorizing the execution of the
Illinois Department of Transportation Local Agency Agreement for Federal
participation for the Cemetery Road project.
4. Approval of Ord. 2009 - authorizing the Village
President and the Village Clerk to execute an Engineering Services
Agreement with GeWalt Hamilton related to the Cemetery Road Improvements
(Phase III).
5. Approval of Floral Bills for the period ending July 6, 2009 in
the amount of $157.00.

Agendas are generally read into the voicemail system by 5 p.m. on the Thursday before the Monday Village Board meeting (occasionally, the VB agenda may not be available via voicemail until the Friday before the Monday meeting). Village Board meetings are generally held on the first and third Mondays of the month. Public study sessions, more commonly referred to as Committee-of-the-Whole meetings, are held on the fourth Monday of the month. Village Board meetings are broadcast on the Wednesday following that week's board meeting at 12:00 p.m. on cable channel 17.
