Dear Visitor,
On behalf of the Village Board, Village Administrator, Village Staff, and myself, I welcome you to our website.
The Village Board accepts comments from the public at Village Board meetings.
Additionally correspondance to the address below is copied and forwarded to all board members.
Village Trustees & President (Mayor) are elected to four year terms. Three of the six trustees are elected in April of each odd numbered year. The Village President is elected every other odd numbered year.
All meetings of the Board, including special and adjourned meetings, except executive sessions thereof, shall be open to the public, as is required by statute.
The Village Board has declared April 29th to be Arbor Day in the Village of Gurnee. The full proclamation is available in PDF below.

The Village Board proclaims the week of October 17-23, 2010 as National Save for Retirement Week within the Village of Gurnee. The full proclamation is below.
The Village Board proclaims October 23 - 31, 2010 as Red Ribbon Week in Gurnee, and encourages all citizens to participate in drug prevention education activities by making a visible statement that they are strongly committed to a drug free community and urges all citizens to pledge "I am drug free!"
