Plat of Survey Request

The Village requires a Plat of Survey for many permit requests including, but not limited to, fences, pools and patios. The Plat of Survey is often included in your closing documents depending on the age of the house. If you do not have a Plat of Survey and would like one, please fill out the form below and a staff member will see if we have one on file for the requested property. In the event a Plat of Survey is not in existence, one can be independently purchased through a private company by the property owner.
