GURNEE, IL – To reduce the spread of COVID-19 and to protect our employees, access to the Village Hall payment windows and counters will remain closed through Tuesday, April 7th in conjunction with the Governor’s Stay at Home Executive Order 20-10. The Village can still be contacted at 847-599-7500 and business transactions can be completed through the following options:
- Using the Village’s online payment system for all utility bill payments. Utility billing payment options can be located at https://eservice.gurnee.il.us/MSS/citizens/UtilityBilling/Default.aspx. If these options do not work for you, please place all payments in the drop box at the entrance to Village Hall.
- Using the Village’s online OneStop program for fences, roof replacement, window replacement and other residential permits. If your project requires a permit, the various permits can be accessed online at https://onestop.gurnee.il.us/. A paper copy of the permit can be printed from the permitting page located at: https://www.gurnee.il.us/government/departments/community-development/building-safety/building-applications. The paper permit form can be submitted via the Village Hall drop box or via the mail to Village of Gurnee, 325 N O’Plaine Road, Gurnee, IL 60031.
