GURNEE, IL – To reduce the spread of COVID-19 and to protect our employees in compliance with Tier 3 mitigations of Restore Illinois, access to the Village Hall payment windows and counters will close starting Monday, November 23rd, 2020 and remain closed to the public until further notice. The Village can still be contacted at (847) 599-7500 and business transactions can be completed through the following options:
- Using the Village’s online payment system for all utility bill payments. Utility billing payment options can be located at https://eservice.gurnee.il.us/MSS/citizens/UtilityBilling/Default.aspx.
- Using the Village’s online OneStop program for fences, roof replacement, window replacement and other residential permits. If your project requires a permit, the various permits can be accessed online at https://onestop.gurnee.il.us/. A paper copy of the permit can be printed from the permitting page located at: https://www.gurnee.il.us/government/departments/community-development/building-safety/building-applications. The paper permit form can be submitted via the Village Hall drop box or via the mail to Village of Gurnee, 325 N O’Plaine Road, Gurnee, IL 60031.
- Using the Village’s service request software to update or open/close utility billing accounts, submit service requests to any department or ask any question at: https://gurneeil.govqa.us/WEBAPP/_rs/(S(3nykcctx3lf2wm3a23uh12co))/SupportHome.aspx?sSessionID=
If these options do not work for you, please place all payments in the drop box at the entrance to Village Hall or call Village Hall for alternative arrangements.
