Copies of codes and ordinances are provided online as a convenience to residents and other interested parties. While efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of these files, official copies of the codes and ordinances are available only at the Village Hall. The files provided on this page are not the official copies of the codes and ordinances; they are an attempt to duplicate the text of the codes and ordinances
Building Code Updates
Effective March 1, 2026 - The Village Board adopted the following new and/or updated building codes: 2024 International Building Code, 2024 International Residential Code for One and Two Family Dwellings, 2024 International Fire Code, 2024 International Fuel Gas Code, 2024 International Mechanical Code, 2024 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, and 2024 International Wildland Urban Interface Code.
