Project Description
The Village's contractor, Campanella & Sons, Inc., will be reconstructing Glen Flora Ave., west end to Estes Ave.; Blackburn St., Rte. 41 to Glen Flora Ave.; and Ferndale St., Rte. 41 to Glen Flora Ave.  Additionally, drainage and sidewalk improvements will take place.

2025 Project Updates

June 13, 2025: The Village's contractor, Campanella & Sons, has started replacing the existing water main prior to beginning roadwork. Next, they will begin reconstructing Glen Flora Ave., West End to Estes Ave., Blackburn St., Rte. 41 to Glen Flora Ave. and Ferndale St., Rte. 41 to Glen Flora Ave. Additionally, drainage and sidewalk improvements will take place. The public should expect lane, sidewalk and temporary driveway closures throughout this project.
