4. Public Hearing: Variation at 4037 Old Grand Avenue for Jeffery J. Maki, Jr.
(Mr. Jeffrey J. Maki Jr. has submitted a variation petition to allow a 12 x 16 foot shed to be built within the required 40-foot rear yard setback for a through lot (double frontage lot). The property is zoned C/S-3 Village Center-Residence/Business District, is currently utilized as a single-family residence, and is located at 4037 Old Grand Avenue.)
- Informal Discussion: Wind Energy Systems
(Village Staff will provide an introduction to Wind Energy Systems (mainly small wind) to the Zoning Board of Appeals. The introduction will provide basic information as to the types of wind energy systems, common concerns, as well as other information related to wind energy systems on a property.)
