(Jacob Homes is requesting approval of a re-subdivision of the final plat for Chelsey Crossing to create building pads that have an additional ten feet of depth for the 16 townhouse units east of the creek. The subject property is zoned R-4 PUD, Two-family Residence District as a Planned Unit Development and is located at approximately the far east end of Cunningham Court).
