3. Informal Discussion: Bellewater Place Business Centre
(Jim and Joe Passalino are seeking informal feedback on a proposed
development plan for a 10.55-acre parcel located east of Dilleys Road,
opposite the north leg of Nations Drive. Proposed are three two-story
buildings totaling approximately 179,000 sq. ft which will primarily be
used as an office complex but contain some uses which are not strictly
regarded as conventional office uses. The property is currently zoned
R-1, Residential, in unincorporated Lake County.)
