Continued Public Hearing: Buckingham Properties, Inc./Bridgewater Project – Petition for rezoning of approximately 76 acres located at the Northwest corner of O’Plaine Road and Rt. 120 from S (Suburban) to a Planned Unit Development (PUD) with R-3 (Single Family), R-4 (Duplex) and R-5 (Limited Multi-Family) classification. Preliminary PUD Plat approval of 276 apartment units and 7 single family lots is proposed. Conceptual PUD Plat approval of 44 single family lots and 66 duplex lots is proposed.
