PLACE: Gurnee Village Hall, 325 N. O’Plaine Road

1. Call to Order and Roll Call

2. Final Plat:  Lidstrom’s Second Resubdivision of Block 42 (resubdivision of two lots located at the southeast corner of Kenwood Avenue and Greenleaf Street ).

3. Final Plat:  Second Resubdivision of Northridge Plaza
(resubdivision of lot 9 & 10 in Northridge Plaza which is located south of Grand Avenue and east of I-94).

4. Informal Review:  Lakeland Bible Church
(review of Lakeland Bible Church ’s plans to annex to the Village under R-1 zoning and review of their conceptual expansion plans).
