a. Approval of the March 11, 2009 Plan Commission Meeting
b. Approval of the March 18, 2009 Plan Commission Meeting
4. Minor Exception for Sign: Local Roofing Co., Inc.
(Local Roofing Co., Inc is seeking a Minor Exception to the Sign Ordinance to allow a second free standing sign for property located at 1394-96 St. Paul Avenue. The subject property is zoned I-2 PUD and is located in the Gurnee Center for Commerce and Industry.)
5. Informal Discussion: Thomas Place Senior Independent Living
(Ryan Companies, Inc is seeking informal feedback for a proposed development plan on a 12-acre parcel located approximately 700 feet north of Washington Street on the east side of Hunt Club Road. The proposal is to allow a four (4) story (only three (3) stories have units), 150-unit affordable senior independent living facility. The property is currently zoned R-2/PUD Single-Family Residence District as a Planned Unit Development.)
