(Joseph and James Passalino are requesting a Zoning Map Amendment to Rezone approximately 11.5 acres of land from R-1, Residential, in unincorporated Lake County to C/O-1, Restricted Office District. The subject property is generally located east of the intersection of Dilleys Road and Nations Drive and more specifically at 35957-35895 N.
