4.       Continued Public Hearing: Special Use Permit for Miriam Ramirez (3523 Highland Avenue)
(Miriam Ramirez is seeking a Special Use Permit to allow a home day care center at 3523 Highland Avenue. The subject property is zoned R-2 – Single Family Residence District and is located in the Frederick Bartlett’s Second Edition to North Shore Highlands subdivision.)
 
5.       Informal Review: Oglesby Medical Office Building (13767 W. Oglesby Avenue)
(Dr.’s Isaac and Jaya Thomas are requesting feedback on a plan to rezone property from R-1, Residential in unincorporated Lake County, to C/O-1 PUD, Restricted Office District as a Planned Unit Development in the Village of Gurnee. The subject property consists of approximately 5 acres and is located south of the southeast corner of Washington Street and Greenleaf Street; more specifically at 13767 W. Oglesby Avenue. The applicants are proposing a one (1) story medical office building that will be approximately 12,400 square feet in size.)
