(Joseph and James Passalino are requesting a Zoning Map Amendment to Rezone approximately 10.5 acres of land from R-1, Residential, in unincorporated Lake County to C/O-1, Restricted Office District. The subject property is generally located east of the intersection of Dilleys Road and Nations Drive and more specifically at 35957-35895 N. Dilleys Road.)
 
5.       Petition of Annexation: Potential Plan Commission suggestions related to development standards
(The Plan Commission may consider providing suggestions to the Village Board related to development standards as part of the Petition of Annexation. The property is generally located east of the intersection of Dilleys Road and Nations Drive and more specifically at 35957-35895 N. Dilleys Road and is proposed to be developed as the Bellewater Place Business Center Development)
