(The Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals will review and hear testimony pertaining to text amendments to the Gurnee Zoning Ordinance regarding the creation of regulations for Wind Energy Systems (i.e. Small Wind Energy Turbines) on residentially and non-residentially zoned lots.)
