(Imagine Properties, represented by Ted Pirpiris, is proposing a major change to the exterior elevations, in addition to several site improvements, for the conversion of the existing 60,000 sq. ft. building into a multi-tenant strip center. The subject property is located at 3608 Grand Ave (formerly Leath Furniture) and is zoned C/B-2 EGG East Grand Gateway Overlay District.) 
 
6.  Informal Review: Blackstone Avenue
(Rosa and Vladimir Barov are seeking feedback on a proposed special use permit for a ‘residence of the proprietor, caretaker, or watchman of an industrial use’ for 3754 & 3764 Blackstone Ave. The subject properties are zoned I-1 Restricted Industrial District.)
