Report Recycling/Trash Issues
If residents are having issues with Waste Management, they should first contact Waste Management to make sure there are no account issues or other notes. Residents can do this by logging in to their Waste Management account at www.WM.com or by calling 1-800-796-9696. Please have your account number ready.
If Waste Management is not able to assist you with your issue, the Village of Gurnee will work with Waste Management to help ensure your needs as a customer are met. You can report issues with Waste Management by calling Village Hall at 847-599-7500.
