OF THE VILLAGE OF GURNEE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Kristina Kovarik, Village President; Andy Harris, Village Clerk; and Jeanne Balmes, Senior Trustee, constituting the Municipal Electoral Board for the hearing and passing on of objections to nomination papers for candidates in the Village of Gurnee, to be voted on by the electors of the Village, will hold a meeting of the Municipal Electoral Board, which is required by law to meet and pass on objections to nomination papers in the Village of Gurnee, to be voted on at the Consolidated Election to be held on April 2, 2019.

The Municipal Electoral Board shall meet on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at 6:30 PM at the Village Board Room, Village Hall, 325 N. O’Plaine Road, Gurnee, IL  60031.
The meeting will follow this agenda:

1. Call to Order
2. Roll Call
3. Introductory Remarks by Board Chair
4. Appointment of Attorney Bryan R. Winter as Electoral Board Counsel
5. Adopt Board Rules
6. Call of initial hearing, the case of 18 EB 01 Donald J. Wilson, objector v. Michael D. Jacobs, candidate, and to set for further proceedings.
7. Call of initial hearing, the case of 18 EB 02 Donald J. Wilson, objector v. Jamie M. Seaton, candidate, and to set for further proceedings.
8. Adjournment or Recess
