Building Code Updates

• Effective July 1, 2012 - The Village Board adopted the 2012 International Residental Code for One and Two Family Dwellings.
• Effective May 1, 2012 - The Village Board adopted the following new and/or updated building codes: 2012 International Building Code, 2012 International Mechanical Code, 2012 International Fuel Gas Code, and 2012 International Fire Code, 2012 International Wildland Urban Interface Code.
