Bicentennial Flag Raising Ceremony at Richard A. Welton Plaza

To celebrate in the beginning of Illinois' 200th anniversary, the Village of Gurnee will be participating with communities around the state by raising a new bicentennial flag on Monday, December 4th at noon. The event will take place at the Richard A. Welton Plaza (across from Fire Station 1)
