Now Accepting Applications for the Parkway Tree Planting Program
The Village is now accepting applications for the Parkway Tree Planting Program! As part of the Village’s ongoing environmental efforts to increase the number of trees in town, the Village will share the cost of approximately 60 new parkway trees. Program details include:
- Participation in the program is strictly voluntary and is limited to owner-occupied homes.
- The Village will contribute 50% of the cost of the trees with residents providing the remaining $175.00.
- Trees will be planted in May as weather permits and our certified arborist will monitor the health of the tree during the initial growing season.
- Application and payment are due by April 7th.
