The Youth Citizens Police Academy is an exclusive, week-long opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at policing in our community!
Throughout the academy, you’ll interact with Gurnee officers and dive into hands-on activities covering everything from traffic stops and criminal investigations to the K9 unit and evidence collection. This immersive experience will give you a new perspective on how police work impacts our daily lives.
