TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Snow spreading from west to east early to mid afternoon.
  Plan on slippery road conditions, including during the evening
  commute. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches are expected.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Illinois.

* WHEN...From noon today to midnight CST tonight.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for sharply reduced
  visibilities at times and a much longer evening commute.

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
