Recreational Cannabis - Survey Results
To gain a better perspective on the public opinion in Gurnee on the potential for recreational cannabis sales, the Village of Gurnee has sought feedback from residents on the topic. The survey ran from August 22nd to October 14th. In total, 1,654 respondents completed the online survey. 1,531 reported as residents of the Village of Gurnee.

Additionally, the Village also sent out a Connect CTY call at 7PM on Wednesday, October 9th to residents registered in the system. 1,274 respondents answered the call. and took the live survey. The responses are shown below:
The Gurnee Village Board will review the survey data and determine the next steps regarding recreational cannabis sales. A date has not been set for the next Village Board meeting to discuss or vote on recreational cannabis sales in Gurnee.
