Gurnee's Hometown Heroes: Honoring Our Armed Forces
Gurnee launches Hometown Heroes Banner Program! The Village of Gurnee's Veterans Blue Ribbon Commission, in partnership with American Legion Post 771, proudly salutes those serving and those who have served in the United States Armed Forces by introducing Gurnee's Hometown Heroes Banner Program.
This program honors service members from the Village of Gurnee by displaying banners on O'Plaine Road featuring their name, image, and branch of service. To apply or nominate a service member or veteran, please click here.
