At Monday night’s Committee of the Whole meeting, staff presented a progress update on the 2023–2026 Strategic Plan. Across six priorities: Fiscal Sustainability, Well-Maintained Infrastructure, Effective Communication, a Stable, Well-Trained Workforce, a Safe Community, and Lifestyle Vitality, many initiatives are complete and work continues on the remaining action items that guide operations.   To view the report or watch the presentation, please visit this page.
