It’s the Village’s new emergency alert system. It is a multi-channel notification service meaning that it delivers timely emergency, weather, road-closure and service announcements directly to you via text, email and mobile app.
The upgraded platform offers faster delivery, richer alert categories and more ways to receive messages, ensuring residents, businesses and visitors stay safe and better informed.
Anyone who lives, works, owns property or frequently visits Gurnee—including businesses and commuters—is encouraged to enroll.
You can receive notifications by phone call, text message, e-mail, and the free Regroup mobile app.
Enrollment is free. Standard text-messaging or data rates from your carrier may apply.
Yes. Because this is a brand-new platform, all users must sign up to receive alerts.
