Project Description
The Village’s contractor, Campanella & Sons, will be replacing water main along Route 21 from Grand Ave. to Prairie Oak Rd. Water outages are possible during this work. The Village will provide notice to residents if water will be out for a prolonged period of time. There will be temporary lane, driveway, and sidewalk closures.

Project Updates

August 15, 2024: The Village’s contractor, Campanella & Sons, is continuing to work on water services throughout the project area, depending on weather conditions. 

July 31, 2024: The Village’s contractor, Campanella & Sons, has completed the installation of the water main along Route 21. The contractor pressure tested and chlorinated the water main this past week as well. They will start water services next week depending on weather conditions. 

July 5, 2024: The Village’s contractor, Campanella & Sons, has started construction along Rte. 21. The contractor has completed the road crossings on Rte. 21 and will begin drilling and pulling pipe from Rte. 132 to Prairie Oak Dr., weather permitting.
