Project Description
The Village’s Contractor will be extending the sidewalk northward along IL Rte. 21 from the Cobble Creek Subdivision towards Gages Lake and Rte. 21 intersection and adding a pedestrian crosswalk across Rte. 21. There will be traffic delays and lane closures.

Project Updates

Update May 13, 2026: The Engineering Division is currently awaiting IDOT approval of the final plans. Once approval is received, staff will proceed with advertising the project for bidding.
