GURNEE, IL – December 12, 2022 through December 19, 2022, is the filing period for candidates seeking to be nominated at the April 4, 2023 Consolidated Election. 

Village offices will be open each day of the filing period, from 7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., with the exception of Saturday, December 17^th, and Sunday, December 18^th.

Last Day of Filing

Filings will conclude at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 19^th.

The Village of Gurnee is accepting candidate nomination papers for the following:

                                   Village Trustee         –    3 Full Term Trustees

The last day to file objections to nomination papers is Tuesday, December 27^th.

The lottery for all simultaneous 7:30 a.m. filers will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 28^th in the Council Chambers at Gurnee Village Hall.

The lottery for all simultaneous 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. filers will be conducted at

3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 28^th in the Council Chambers at Gurnee Village Hall.
