Holiday Reminder Waste Collection Delay and Office Closure: Due to New Year’s Day, if your garbage and recycling falls on Thursday, January 1st (New Year’s Day) then your collection will be delayed by one day. Also, Village offices will be closed on January 1st (New Year’s Day).

LEAF COLLECTION PROGRAM UPDATE 12/29: LRS is still finishing the East Side and are currently working on completing Wednesday and Thursday service days for leaf vacuum service. Once completed, crews will switch to the west side. Please keep in mind that if it snows, leaf vacuum services will be delayed again.
To help ensure efficient collection, residents are strongly encouraged to break up leaf piles with a shovel or rake before their pickup week so the vacuum equipment can collect the leaves effectively. Additionally, free bagged leaf collection by LRS will be available through Thursday, January 15th.
