Planning & Zoning Board
On April 2, 2012 the Village Board approved the dissolution the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) and the incorporation of their duties into the Plan Commission, which was renamed to the Planning and Zoning Board (PZB). The Planning & Zoning Board makes recommendations related to the application and enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance as well as issues concerning long-term land use, development proposals, special use permits, variation requests, and the zoning of property. The Planning & Zoning Board also recommends updates to the text of the Village's Zoning Ordinance.
